As I can’t seem to keep still

Stop rocking your body back and forth

Like a sinking ship 

Hurry up, or your food will go cold quick 

Sometimes to escape reality 

I move my fingers up and down

And count to three

Musical beats to keep me happy

The perks of a neurodivergent brain
