我在這個暑假，除了上班、上學、買外賣或應酬的日子，我都是在家中！

在家中，我接下來可以試試減少戴着耳罩（earmuffs）的時間。當然，在家中處理一些對專注力有較高需求的事務，例如操作電腦來繪圖、填寫一些較複雜的申請表的時候，我也不必勉強自己不戴着耳罩。
