睡眠很重要。
尤其是在旅行的時候,可以拋開煩惱,每天睡到日上三竿、頭昏腦漲。雖說這樣的報復性睡眠是不太健康,可是,遇到酒店的床,又大又舒服,真的不想每天都晚睡早起。
睡眠不足,會引致記力衰退、提早衰老⋯⋯不說太多了,我又要去睡。晚安。
