I decided to take a different approach here. I wanted to look at some of before the gang completely split up and consider that maybe, Shaggy and Scoob were the first to leave, but that they were supported. Eventually the group grew more distant BECAUSE Shaggy snapped, despite their best efforts at helping him through his grief.

Soon, he made his entrance through an employee's only door leading between backstage of pirate's cove and an in-progress fun house he was wanting to set up. It only had one mirror so far because Shaggy had to drop the project to get everything else done in time while Henry focused on the robots.
