今天來丟人現眼 (⁠•⁠‿⁠•⁠)

我自小腸胃就不好，常常會肚子痛和消化不良，所以最近開始吃益生菌，是粉狀的那些，要沖水喝的。

然後我一直也有喝熱水的習慣，因為涼涼的水也會讓我腸胃不舒服。

所以我就拿熱水去沖益生菌了◉⁠‿⁠◉

我今天才想起不能拿熱水沖啊啊啊

會把它們全殺光了？？？？？？
