之前打算晚上不吃甜，因想減重。
之前一個月也能忍得口，在晚上不吃任何甜食。
然而，天氣越來越熱，吃雪糕的誘惑越來越大。
來到35度的這個晚上，我決定吃了。
這種天氣，我投降了，我買了雪糕回家吃。
一口吃下去，那冰冷的口感使我忘記我的體重。
太舒服的感覺。
