一种未经同意、突如其来的、违背个体价值观或愿望的思想片段，常常带有攻击性、性、暴力、恐惧、禁忌等内容。


例如：

坐在高楼突然闪过“我跳下去会怎样？”

看着爱的人突然闪过“我杀了他会怎样？”

面对小孩突然想“我如果对他做出不该做的事会怎样？”


这种意念是脑中的异物感，是你不想想却偏偏会浮现的东西。
