I wish I had kept my heart from prying eyes.

I wish that I never let them have it.

I wish the world wasn’t this cruel.

I wish people were kinder.

I wish I could love and not be afraid.

I wish I didn’t have my philophobia.

I wish I could go back to how I was before they broke my heart.
