*JACK (V.O.)*
Today’s my last exam. Fingers crossed — I really hope it goes well so I can get into my dream university.
To be honest, I’ve never been as good at studying as Herli or Nick.
Dad, though... he’s super serious about my education.
Wants me to become an accountant.
733Please respect copyright.PENANALtmKBj9R6Q
*Yeah, right.*
I’ve never understood math — ever.
But if someone asks me something... well, I *do* know how to use a calculator really well.

*DAD*
So, how was the paper?
733Please respect copyright.PENANAN1AxjLe3qa
*JACK*
Honestly… better than I expected, Dad.

*DAD (teasing)*

*MOM (cheerfully)*
Anyway — we’re going to Greece for the holidays!

*JACK (excited)*
Whoa! That’s gonna be amazing!
733Please respect copyright.PENANA12LS15Ushd
It was my last paper, and I was really confident that my result would be great — and that I’d finally get admission into the engineering university I had always dreamed of.
733Please respect copyright.PENANAHX7fy5Dndy
My dad was always very serious about our education. But I was never as good in some subjects as my sister and younger brother were.
733Please respect copyright.PENANA0YsKRWlHT0
I’ve always had an issue with math. It felt too tangled, too confusing for my mind. While others could solve problems in a minute, I would go completely blank — and honestly, I couldn’t even try.
733Please respect copyright.PENANAT4L25Q6fYE
But to my parents, all of this just sounded like excuses.
SCENE 4 :
*January 7* — we were back home after spending the holidays.

*January 8* — my result day.
Everyone was excited… but deep down, I was nervous.
Herli checked my result, and my name wasn’t on the list — which meant I had failed in at least one subject.
That was the day my room echoed with my dad’s anger. Everyone else had quietly left the room.
733Please respect copyright.PENANA1sOUShtuba
*DAD (furious):*
"You’re good for nothing! A total duffer — and always will be.
Of course, you failed in math! All you know is watching movies and painting — can’t even solve a simple equation.
This is what you call a paper?! Seriously??
A guy like you is just a joke.
Learn something from your brother and sister — they’re toppers!
Give me that!"

*(He snatches my phone and smashes it on the floor)*

"That’s it. No more phone. No more freedom.
733Please respect copyright.PENANAmNtrdvWeo9
Your studies are over. I’m not wasting another penny on a loser like you.
And from now on — you’re not stepping out of this house."

SCENE 5 : STARTING DARK PERIOD OF MY LIFE :
Their anger completely shattered my confidence. For the first time, I experienced anxiety—my legs were trembling, I felt a strange sensation throughout my body, and an overwhelming fear took over. I cried the entire night because of that anxiety and the deep sense of failure.
733Please respect copyright.PENANAtnV3apGFnj
The next day, when I tried to share it with my family, they thought I was exaggerating or lying. Things only got worse from there. My anxiety kept growing, and I began slipping into depression. Eventually, it became so overwhelming that I had to start taking medication.
733Please respect copyright.PENANALbMizX9jVc
Life turned into a routine of facing my dad's constant taunts and cold behavior. I stopped going anywhere and couldn't even hold proper conversations with anyone.
733Please respect copyright.PENANATl2YBgLezJ
Later, as my anxiety and depression became more visible, my dad's behavior softened slightly. For a little while, things seemed to calm down and return to some kind of normal.
For a while, things seemed to get better. I was allowed to hang out with friends and do the things I liked. It felt like life was finally getting back on track. Around that time, I became interested in a friend of mine named " Sereen Josh " She used to listen to everything I shared. But suddenly, I started experiencing unwanted thoughts—thoughts that terrified me, like I might harm someone or even myself.
733Please respect copyright.PENANAPVPRp07Hlk
These thoughts made me feel horrible and guilty. I constantly needed reassurance from others—asking things like, “This won’t happen, right?” I started avoiding anything that triggered those thoughts and began developing compulsive behaviors just to feel normal. I was trapped in a cycle of self-blame, fear, and avoidance. I couldn't focus on studies or connect with anyone properly
.
SCENE 6 : INTRUSIVE THOUGHTS :
Then came another wave of intrusive thoughts—this time related to religion. These thoughts were so disturbing and inappropriate that they made me cry and feel incredibly guilty. I would compulsively pray, cry, and beg for forgiveness, blaming myself for thinking such things.
Most Tense theme was when i started to take Numbers as something happen bad to me like if anyone talk to me anything regarding numbers like Time / calculation / qty or any thing count in Digits This theme was making me crazy.
733Please respect copyright.PENANAbibm23kRIY
Eventually, I was introduced to a psychiatrist who, after listening to everything I had been going through for years, diagnosed me with OCD (Obsessive Compulsive Disorder). We had no idea what it was, but it turned out to be a common mental health condition that many people struggle with silently.
733Please respect copyright.PENANA43wxZBRdI2
The doctor suggested a combination of medication and CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy). After doing some research, I connected with a therapist who explained everything to me. They told me that intrusive thoughts are not under our control, and having them doesn’t mean they’re true or that we want them to happen.
TOOLS OF CHALLENGING :
What we need to focus on is ending the compulsions. If a disturbing thought arises, we must not react to it—just let it be, without trying to neutralize it through safety behaviors or compulsive actions. While those compulsions might bring temporary relief, they only worsen things in the long run.
733Please respect copyright.PENANA59KoBCSyw0
In this condition, a person starts to feel completely off—they just cry and keep asking others, “I’m having these thoughts, these images… what if they come true?” I used to do the same. Seeing my state, my family would cry too. It was very difficult for them to handle me. When OCD becomes severe, this is what happens. You start doubting yourself constantly, as if you're the one causing these thoughts, like you’re thinking them intentionally or it’s somehow your fault.
733Please respect copyright.PENANAAmJucu3iFV
But in reality, all of it happens because of the OCD disorder. In therapy, you’re taught to break those false beliefs you’ve built around certain thoughts. These beliefs are what make your mind react so strongly. Recovery comes when you stop believing the thoughts and stop trying to control or fix them.
GETTING BACK IN TO NORMAL LIFE :
I know my life is on better track now and hope for best in future .
That's my story it's almost like a horrible rollar coaster .. i want to share this to all my social media members .
Ocd took my life my happiness and my funny nature many ups and down .
IMPORTANT NOTE :
Most important thing which i want to say that every parents should give confidence to thier children ,Rather than making life worst for them just due to studies , high expectation's and put a lot of burden . They should create friendly relation ship with child .
Because if you always comparing your child weaknesses to other childrens it will shatter his / her confidence .Every person has different Abilities and different natures some are strong some are sensitive .
Well this was not only reason for OCD .
It can happen with anyone at any point of life .
If you have any question feel free to ask me. .
BYE ...
