中年男士吳紹樂，因一場意外去世後，失去記憶的他來到「終點」跟前，「終點」的入境職員安祖卻攔下他，說他的「魂」失蹤了，只剩下「靈」，故要跟他一同回到他這四十五年的人生中，尋回他的「魂」，並發現生前的吳紹樂是個怎樣的人。
