在一年前，還是大學三年級的她每天都過著比人取笑的生活。不是笑她樣子醜，而是笑她胖的像河馬一樣的身形。也慢慢讓她感覺自卑不願與他人有任何交流。

但一次偶然的機會讓她得到一次翻身的機會！就是抽到了參加“瘦美計劃”這個大獎，對她來說這是一個可以改變的機會。而在她面前的正是一連串的地獄式訓練和困難。自卑沈默的她究竟該如何應對呢？而她又怎能料到自己即將遇到自己的Mr.Right呢？
