Why do strangers care when they’re online?

Strangers care more,

They care more when they’re online,

Then they do in real life.

Sometimes more than the ones who are supposed to.

Strangers reach out online,

They connect,

They admit things they wouldn’t normally admit,

They’re more understanding,

They’re nice,

Maybe even more genuine,

More genuine than our friends.

Strangers care when they shouldn’t.

But sometimes all we need is one person to care.
