Why can't I feel your trust?

Why is our friendship bound to rust?

You throw your sticks and stone,

But they don't hurt me.

You believe you are on your throne,

But blindness hurt thee.

A criminal dressed in shiny clothes,

With a smiting voice, it makes others loathe.

Voice, so strangling yet as graceful as a dove;

A deceiver, a manipulator of friendly love.

Day and night, she would weep,

Yet even in dreams, you haunted her sleep.

Wherever she walked, anxiety popped through,

Nervousness, hoping to never meet you.
