這不是一個關於「成功」的故事。


不是從一個什麼都不會的實習生，變成托嬰界明日之星；也不是那種可以在履歷上加分的溫馨職場紀錄。


這只是關於一個普通的女生，在一次又一次以為自己「不適合」的瞬間裡，學會停下來、蹲下來、抱一下自己。


我寫這個故事，是因為我曾經也以為，照顧別人只需要方法和細心。但後來才知道，真正的照顧，是允許自己「還不會」，卻仍然願意靠近。


有時候孩子不哭，是因為他知道沒人會來；

有時候大人不說，是因為他以為自己不值得被聽見。

這些沉默的、搖晃的、不完美的關係，都藏著一種深層的呼喊：

——你能不能，先別走？


這部作品獻給那些在育兒、教育、心理、或只是人生某段低谷裡，懷疑自己是不是永遠都做不好的你。


你不是沒能力，你只是太在乎。


也獻給那些曾經蹲下身，陪一個人哭完、然後再起來的你。

你不知道，那一刻，你有多了不起。
