“The Demon in the Snow.”
“Now fired by Gato, Zabuza no longer sees a reason to fight Kakashi and is unfazed when his former employer kicks Haku’s corpse. Though Zabuza sees Haku as nothing more than a tool, he is moved by Naruto’s words as he tearfully acknowledges Haku’s sacrifice. With Kakashi telling Naruto not to interfere out of respect, Zabuza redeems himself as a ninja by enduring multiple stabs and beatings to reach Gato and killing him with the kunai he placed in his mouth. Zabuza collapses as Gato’s men retreat. When the villagers arrive, Team 7 is relieved to discover that Sasuke is still alive, having been spared any lethal injuries. Honouring Zabuza’s dying wish to place him beside Haku, Kakashi assures his former enemy that he and Haku will go to the same place. Soon after, he and Team 7 give the two rogue ninjas a burial with Zabuza’s Kubikiribōchō as a grave marker, and Naruto expresses his disdain for the notion that ninjas should strive to become merely tools and declares that he will find his own Ninja Way. As Team 7 leaves for the Hidden Leaf, Tazuna proclaims to the village that the bridge will be called the Great Naruto Bridge to signify the strength that Naruto gave Inari, who in turn gave it to the whole town.”

Analysis
Naruto plays a major part in people’s lives. For example, Naruto’s words made Zabuza acknowledge Haku’s sacrifice to the extent that he cried. Without Naruto’s words, Zabuza wouldn’t have killed Gato, even though he endured multiple stabs and beatings. This made Zabuza realize that he cared about Haku, which is why his dying wish was to ask Kakashi to place him beside Haku. This is a tragedy because Haku will never get a chance to know about Zabuza risking his life to kill Gato. Haku also won’t get the chance to realize that Zabuza cares about him. Therefore, the relationship between Haku and Zabuza is very complicated. Zabuza has empathy for Haku; hence, he is a round character who seems like a real person who cares about Haku. Moreover, he also changed from a static character who was always cold to a dynamic character who showed his caring nature for Haku.
Sasuke is still alive, despite the lethal injuries he endured. This again proves that Haku wasn’t a bad person since he still maintained his no-kill policy. Haku’s fighting skills were known to be too kind; hence, Haku was a kind person who just wanted to protect Zabuza.
Naruto plays a major part in people’s lives because Tazuna named the bridge the “Great Naruto Bridge” because, as stated by Wikipedia, “... to signify the strength that Naruto gave Inari, who in turn gave it to the whole town.” Naruto has become the hero not only in Inari’s eyes but also in the eyes of the villagers of the Land of Waves. Naruto seems to be touching the lives of people wherever he goes, hence why he is the protagonist of the anime series.
The lesson from this episode is that one shouldn’t hide their true feelings, especially from someone they care about; otherwise, they will regret it just like Zabuza did.
