Previously, Berry and Shea is having a movie date together at night, when suddenly Shea fell into a deep sleep on the car after the movie end. Berry end up taking her to his house, afterwards he put her in the guest room and he sleep in his own room.
The next day, Shea is waking up in Berry's guest room. She is a little bit surprised, because she is not waking up in her own room, but then she realized she just have a movie night with Berry last night and end up fell into a deep sleep and turn into toffee. Right after she wake up, she look at her phone clock, well it's already 7AM. She quickly get out from bed and gonna leave the room. She just wish that Berry haven't wake up yet, so she can leave peacefully from this house and no need to be shy because she fell into sleep all night long especially when they are about to have a dinner last night but failed.
Meanwhile, Berry is in front of the door. He start whispering the words he want to say to greet Shea in the morning and keep repeating it. Remembering every sentence, so he won't be stuttering while talking to her later. He also walking back and forth in front of the door of her room.
"Hello.. Good morning! No.. that's sounds unnatural.. Maybe, Hey, whatsup? How's last night?.. No.. That's so blunt.. Or I should go with, Hey, how's your condition? You haven't eat last night! You must be hungry, I will cook something for you, let's go!.." Whisper Berry, trying to learn his greeting today.
But then, Shea suddenly opens the door, she saw Berry in front of her.
"Hey, morning! You wake up so quick, I want to knock your door but you already open it..." Said Berry, mustering all his courage to greet her a good morning.
"Oh hey! Morning! Yeah, I just wake up, so.." Said Shea who is speechless right now, because it's not worked out as she plans.
"Actually, I want to check on your condition if you are okay or not, since last night you are into a deep sleep and didn't wake up?..." Said Berry.
"Ah.. Yeah, I'm sorry with that... We failed to have a dinner because of me.." Said Shea.
"It's ok.. Are you hungry? Since you haven't eaten anything last night.." Ask Berry.
"Yeah.. It's okay, I'm still full, I can just go back to my house and I will cook.." Said Shea.
Right after she said that, her stomach growling, while Berry smiling sweetly.
"Yeah sure, still full and gonna cook hahaha, c'mon, I will cook something for us." Said Berry, grabbing Shea's arm and the two of them went to the kitchen. Shea is waiting on the bar stool, while Berry is cooking something in front of her. While waiting for the food, Shea is chatting with Berry, where Berry start talking first, opening the topic for them.
"I have a question actually..." Said Berry.
"Oh sure, just ask.." Said Shea.
"I'm sorry if this is a private topic, however, this is not the first time I saw your condition like that? I mean you are like fainted, but somehow like drop dead until morning.. a sleep coma?" Said Berry.
"Oh.. Yeah.. I guess, it's the side effect from when I fall from the stairs in the vet last time.. I guess, it's also damaging my brain...?" Said Shea, lying about her condition.
"It looks serious, have you check it to the hospital?" Ask Berry, look so worried.
"Don't worry!! It's a normal effect, it will end soon when I start a healthy life.." Said Shea, lying again.
Right after she said that, the meals already done, and Berry give a plate for Shea and for himself. He cook a waffles with a maple syroup, icing sugar, and some blueberries on top.
"Alright, Berry waffles' done!" Said Berry while giving a plate of waffles to her.
"Berry waffles, with blueberry on top. Nice, love it~" Said Shea.
After that, Berry sit beside her and they continue their conversation before.
"I'm glad you are ok, you should get better soon!" Said Berry.
"Of course I will~" Said Shea.
"Anyway, since the dinner is failed last night, how about we have another dinner in a restaurant? I know some good places." Ask Berry.
"Well, sure I'd love to join, but make sure it won't get too late.. or I might have a sleep coma again hahaha" Said Shea.
"Sure how about a dinner at 5PM? Does that sounds good?" Ask Berry.
"Yep, that's a perfect time." Said Shea.
"Alright 3 days from now on, I will pick you up in your apartment~" Said Berry.
"Great~" Said Shea.
Right after that breakfast, Shea went home. Berry drives her back to her apartment. After she arrived at the apartment, no one is there. She took out her phone again to check there are many miss calls and unread messages from her sister last night, asking here where she is and why she haven't come home. Her sister Clair take Blitz back to her place, so now Shea is alone. After back to her apartment, she went to take a shower. While having a shower, she saw something on her wrist. It's like a tattoo, a number 9 is written on it. She is trying to wash it, but it won't came out.
After taking a shower she starts to think what number is that? Is it a number of day before the next full moon? or that number represents something else or her time before she turn into a real dog?
