I wanted to make this contest because Trauma has spread deeply into our lives. I want you to write what ever you want. A story, A poem, Song Lyrics, It could be only a few sentences. Just write what ever you found or created that was healing to you. There will be no Prizes, Nor will there be a declared winner. That is not what this is all about. Help your fellow Writer/Reader deal with the things that they do not talk about.

This is a few lines from my Autobiography.

"The human body replaces ever cell in the human body. It takes 7-10 years, If you were Traumatized Physically in any ways, (There are a lot of ways Physically) Remember if enough time has passed, then you have a body that nobody has touched."
