這是【憂鬱藍也是色彩】的第三集，亦即是最終一卷了。第三部曲繼續以作者的真人真事改編而成，故事以第三人稱全知視角作敘述。時間線設定為2014 - 2023年期間所發生的事，承接第二部的情節而發展。

如果第一部曲的主軸是「被愛」，而第二部曲的主軸是「自愛」，那麼，來到第三部曲的主軸，順理成章的就是「去愛」。

走過20多年的歲月，經歷了那麼多的人生歷練後，成熟了的銘悠，到底有何感想？他最想實現什麼事情？還有夢想嗎？他要對現今的抑鬱症患者有何勸勉？最終，能夠把銘悠頑固的病患徹底治癒的，又會是什麼靈丹妙藥呢？這些都會在第三部曲中，逐一揭曉。
