故事以香港這城市作背景，故事中5位主角人物都有些特殊本領讓他們在各自的行業或者生活中獨領風騷，互不衝突，唯獨他們的最終敵人卻是強大的地下政府勢力，一開始大家都相安無事，各顯神通的為社區為自己的家庭解決各種問題，但慢慢後來出現一些神秘人在這城市中先是搗亂，繼而殺人，甚至混入各大首富集團影響香港金融體系，以及混入紀律部隊以便裡應外合地策動一場驚天大陰謀，意圖統治全香港。究竟呢班主要人物如何群起對抗地下勢力呢？
