We are too lost.

We can't go back.

Vanquishing hope

Is all we do

To live on through

The corruption,

For we don't shun

The sight of grim,

The sight of him.

This domain of the starless night

Has trapped us inside of a darkening light.

We can't escape, we can't go on;

We can't believe, because sanity's gone.

You try to live, but you only die.

You try to smile, but you only cry.

These dreams of darkness have us trapped,

These dreams of chaos have us wrapped.

Sighting hope,

Vanquishing hope

The corruption,

For we don't shun

The sight of grim,

The sight of him.

Has trapped us in insanity's ray.

The tap of a cane can send us to hell,

And the sight of grain can make us well.

This corruption is filled with vice,

And for our sake you roll the dice.

These dreams of you create enmity,

These dreams of you show no clarity.
