不知道大家有沒有試過後悔。不論是後悔做過的事或是後悔錯過了的事。

如果那時我.....之類。

很多時候意理上是明白，後悔跟本沒用，可是就偏偏忍不住去想。然後就是無限放大而內耗。

後悔買了另一間陳舊的樓，後悔賣了之前的房屋。令心情一直都很差。甚麼都提不起勁。
