Writing quirks, phrasing tendencies, and content hints.
#1's style, in a way, is more well-behaved and dull, though she does try to make up for it by writing about what everyone else is interested in. To #1, letter writing is a form of storytelling, and you can often feel her pacing mirror that: gradual, reflective, a touch literary. Still, she adjusts depending on the recipient e.g. if someone prefers short letters, she’ll try to match that.

#2 tends to mirror #1's well-behaved style, but #2 also have writing quirks that are distinct and easy to spot. #2 is often more soft and careful with #1, which makes her letters and banters with #3 feels more close. But that's just how #2 deals with intimacy, being more careful with those she wants to get closer with.

#3 have very specific subjects she likes to write on, unlike #1 and #2, who would try out other's interest. Not saying that #3 doesn't enjoy #1 and #2 sharing their interests, she's a very good friend when it centers around "friendship." #3 go straight to the point, doesn't build up to anything that she haven't already said in the first few sentences.
