I thought it wasn’t true what they were saying.

I thought I could just ignore those words.

The rain falls on a stormy afternoon.

The crowd walks in and out.

I’m there alone, in the back.

I’m waiting.

The time is ticking on this relationship.

I can’t believe I’m just sitting here.

I must be the biggest idiot in the world.

I trusted you.

I’m waiting.

The rain outside pours harder than my patience right now.

I’m at the point of getting up and forgetting everything you said.

I’m at the point where nothing even matters anymore.

I’m at the point of no return. My tears are about to fall, like the rain outside.

Why am I here? The lonely fool.

The clock torments me, every time I take a quick look at it.

No text.

No call.

I’m waiting.

And just when I am about to get up and pay for my coffee…
