特徵：在香港則有兩個品種，冰奶茶琵鷺（右）和熱奶茶琵鷺（左），而分別為各自頭頂的杯狀物和喙部顏色不一（前者透明，後者白杯灰喙）。

習性：雖然樣貌幾乎跟黑臉琵鷺一樣，但並不是瀕危品種，反而非常常見，從茶餐廳到連鎖店都會看到他的蹤影。因為繁殖力強，在台灣泰國也有它的亞種。這裡就不做介紹。奶鷺為群居動物，經常群集在一個地方社交。食物為茶葉。

Characteristic: There are two sub-species in Hong Kong, hot-spoonbill (right)and cold-spoonbill(left), their characteristics are different. The colour of their cup-shaped objects are in white and transparent respectively. The colour of their bills are in grey and transparent respectively.

Behavior: Although it is similar to black-faced spoonbill, it is not an endangered species. It can be seen everywhere. Other subspecies can be even found in Thailand and Taiwan. Milktea spoonbill is a social animal, and they like to work together. They eat tea as their food.
