White gold daylight magic

Majestic announcement of the sun

Transforms the spiced indoors

Chamber garden and maze

Marble columns and gazebos

Palms old rich unbearably mute

Wind blowing through hair tickling heart

Lush water foams through fingers

Through deep cracks and soft wrinkles

Steamy hot and damp lonely cold 

Trickling bright in the cryptic dark

Skylight dust and indirect glows

A solitary morning kingdom lost

Lazy afternoon lion's nap

Jaws more open than the squints

Breathing like on a holiday 

A cursed paralyzed paradise 

Lethargy snug wild and sweaty

Sprawled out, blissfully undisturbed 

A heavenly Babylonian statue 

Oasis mirage in a scorched desert

Aquamarine ripples and pink shades

Pharoah, mummified, tattooed to sleep
