以某個應該是古代歐洲的貴族家庭為背景，一個扭曲家庭中，一對姐妹發展出的詭異共生關係。

妹妹莉婭是一個性格古怪的孩子，從小時候就明顯的表露出她對血腥的喜好。

並且對姊姊極度保護。

而姊姊是一個性格扭曲的相對正常人，她很疼愛妹妹，但卻也曾經試過殺害她。

故事從姊姊協助妹妹逃出了牢籠開始⋯⋯
