原本竹陽一新應該在魔物偷襲下身亡，但是一個奇特的生物出現在他的面前。那個奇特的生物說：「想活下去的話就跟我簽訂契約吧。」別無他法的一新只能跟「惡魔」簽訂活下去的契約，而後「惡魔」把他變成女生。就這樣竹陽一新開啟了魔法少女的喜劇生活。
本作品是TS百合就是所謂的性轉百合，主角的對象會是女生以及主角不會變回男生。想看主角雌墮和看純百的可以避雷。
