「變」是想改變，

生很久的病因想改變心情而開始寫文；

因想改變一些現狀而做出行動，

雖然遇到了糟透了的事、最後也失敗了，

但我沒放棄，只是再改變自己的做法罷了。

另外，

我擺爛很久了，是時候改變一下來努力寫文，

順便改變自己買手帳、寫手帳的方式。
