使用該異能時，須消耗一樣叫精神力的東西，精神力須通過睡覺等不消耗體力的動作來回復，一分鐘回復1精神力，不足一分鐘不計一分鐘(所有角色精神力上限為1000)有時間為單位的所有技能，不足該時間都計於該時間，某情況下會受到強力攻擊，1、2、3次會造成不同程度的骨折，4、5、6次直接內傷，7、8次失去異能(異能狀態下失去異能不會解除異能狀態，而是永久異能狀態)，9次生命危險, 10次直接死亡。
