White-Tail Deer (State Mammal)
Gwydion has the ears and tail of the deer that is a red-brown in spring and summer but turns into a grey-brown during the fall and winter with antlers. The color of her coat will also change the older she gets.
Gwydion has night vision but they activate during dusk and deactivate at dawn but will automatically activate when she is in a very dark room. The white part of his tail, lets others know if danger comes seeing if it flags up where the white underside could be seen it means danger is coming. Including his night vision, he also has very good eyesight though only during the night while the day is bad but not as bad as most of his siblings. Even with that he still relies on his sense of smell. He is very much capable of jumping up to 8 feet and going up to 30 miles per hour. Unfortunately he is a bit color blind as he sees red and green as grey. He also has a hard time sleeping during the nights but easier time during the day.
Cardinal (State Bird)
Gwydion has the wings and the tail of the Cardinal that is yellow but at the back of the wings they are dark more dull in color. He speaks in a clear voice as this bird is known for the clear whistling sing voice that does differ from one Cardinal from another. This in turn makes him one of the callers among his siblings to sound the bells if danger comes. The others are Kelia (Indiana), Aimée (Kentucky), Lamar (Ohio), Alec (North Carolina), Scarlett (Virginia), and Leolin (West Virginia) though there can only be one so they often switch once a week and each is different from one another. This makes it easy for the rest of the family to know who is who.
Gwydion is like Aimée in terms of territory but is like Alec when sharing his things. He also shares the same protectiveness as Alec but to a lesser degree.
