23/8 換了另一間中醫吃藥 覺得睡眠有些改善 中午和家人喝茶 本來想回家休息，下午賣玩具，但是家人叫我晚上去吃自助餐 不過我很多東西都不能吃，只吃了些青菜 雞

24/8 繼續預備新作，預計是小說或散文。第一批中藥吃完，休息半天，明天繼續吃。在家中畫畫。
