如題。

鄰近比賽日期的我，感冒ㄌ……

昨天沒睡好抵抗力下降

今天半夜偏偏下雨，所以也沒有睡得很好，睡一睡被子又消失(絕對不是我踢被子

一直流鼻水，然後喉嚨很癢，還有輕微的咳嗽

朋友建議我：喝熱水喝之前放鼻子下面熏一下

果然有效
