2000年1月1日，四季不在流轉，晝夜不再交替，人們超過20歲後也停止生長，所有人迷失在缺失時間的時空，然而大家還是受的到它的影響，只是無法察覺，無從得知。“行者”這是一個應對的組織，成員感受得到時間，並嘗試修復這個荒謬的事件。
