為了治好我的抑鬱

別人告訴我須保持愉悅

「正面思考」

「樂觀人生」

為了避免成為癮君子

不飲酒不抽煙不嗑藥

成為健康的人

我要避免一切的上癮

可是

抑鬱會上癮

愉悅也會上癮

是不是每個人

也是癮君子

愛

似乎也會上癮
