我懶，所以我唔肥。

因為我唔止懶得郁動，我仲懶得食。

食係一個漫長嘅運動。

買，（洗、切、煮），拆包裝/裝落碗，擺入口——又咬又嚼仲要吞，以上無限重複，牙關打震見酸軟..... 然後洗碗執拾都係體力勞動。

我就係懶，所以唔餓死都唔食，所以唔肥。

（如果咁你勤力食到肥，自然可以用同等勤力做運動減番。）

懶，要懶得徹底！
