二零四九年，正值Z國成立一百週年。正當人們歡喜雀躍地慶祝國慶之際，奈落病毒大軍突然大舉從智能世界攻擊現實世界的Z國，讓整個國度秩序大亂。
正值危急關頭，一群智勇雙全的少年和少女響應龍飼博士的邀請，透過精心研製的的變身手錶，在智能世界裏化身成為水、火、木、大地和金屬性的智能安琪兒。每一個她和他都上天下海，穿上不同的屬性戰衣，手持不同的權杖，和病毒大軍周旋到底。當中，有一位少年和一位少女，更把自己的男性和女性身體互換，與其他成員一起抗敵。
