人類與非人類展開了第三次世界大戰，非人類數量雖少力量卻壓倒性地龐大，人類的文明在這場戰爭中近乎毀滅，最後人類與非人類的代表出面簽屬和平條約，建立「世界非人類保護組織」，世界才重新恢復和平

而在人類和非人類尚在互相磨合的不穩定時期，太平洋上有一座人工島嶼，上面佇立著一所專屬於非人類種族的特殊學校，其名為「伊格爾加德學園」，隸屬於「世界非人類保護組織」管轄。

可是今年卻出現了一名人類進入這所學校就讀，這將會為這所學校、人類與非人類之間帶來什麼樣的新變化呢？
