Luna and her roommate, Lucy, built a time machine for a science project and accidentally activated it, transporting them to the past. They encounter a giant at an ice cream shop and are captured by soldiers, who take them to a glass building. With the help of Comet, a robotic dog, they escape but must deal with a tricky contract for his assistance. A guard discovers them as they search for their time machine, leaving their adventure on a cliffhanger.
