山洞裡隱約站著一個人，逐漸往深處走去……

被土石流困住的雨涵一行人，阻止不了個性固執、鐵齒的包大膽，任由他逕自前往山洞求援。然而，當他再次出現時，卻鬼吼鬼叫地瘋狂拍打車窗求救，像是完全變了一個人。

自那次不愉快的社遊經驗後，雨涵身邊怪事不斷，先是遭到不明人士跟蹤、校內宿舍頻繁鬧鬼，就連當天同行的好友小青，不久後也因病去世……

因緣際會下，雨涵認識了妖怪研究室的教授張天一及其助手孟承恩，他們推測是社員誤闖巢穴，才會遭到精魅糾纏。

然而，隨著事件越演越烈，雨涵漸漸察覺精魅糾纏他們的原因，遠比想像中複雜；而「祂」的目的，似乎不僅僅是索命那麼簡單──

擅長化成人形的精魅，此時已潛伏在她身邊伺機而動，一場腥風血雨即將展開！
