The Age of the Danner, Pt. I21Please respect copyright.PENANAOEpxc9qXFY
It was said that the history of the Three Crowns could be distinctly divided into three eras. Each era ruled one of the three kingdoms and from their king, wherever he may be, was considered the center of the world. The era of the Norwezher lasted for five centuries. Then, came the Sueker, whose dominance lasted for over three hundred years. Finally, the golden age of the Danner had arrived. For the past eight, nearly nine centuries, the might of the nation of Dannen abated following a fervorous period of invasions before the concept of the Three Crowns had ever materialized. Even as a union that brought together all the peoples of Skannen, the Danner were never a force that was trusted to lead on the battlefield however close the three kings were, yet the nation enjoyed the benefits of ruling the northern world as its brothers did. However, as with all conceptual constructs, the union wavered.21Please respect copyright.PENANAfmgN2IbulO
The Norwezher were brought down by its lords declaring independence altogether. An army assembled by the Danner king sailed across the strait and returned order. The Sueker were collapsed by a republican revolution. Another army yet assembled by the Danner king descended upon its capital, Archsinnsen, and executed the traitors of the crown. There was a pattern. Despite its supposed weakness, it seemed that from their name synonymous to weakness came cunning strength, and after nearly a thousand years as the third strongest of the pack, the Danner lugged its brothers into a golden age.21Please respect copyright.PENANA6bjcHQdTxh
From might, came land. From land, came might. Under the guidance of Haven, the Three Crowns was a child that became man. From three separate kingdoms, birthed an empire. An empire that knew no boundaries and expanded endlessly until its reach had a hand in every known continent. Its navy, its army, its heroes. Two thirds of their achievements can be attributed to the Danner who gave us the greatest gift that the heavens could ever award us with. The invaded and conquered may have suffered but the Skanner have reaped the fruits of our labor from the blood of their enemies, and from it came peace.21Please respect copyright.PENANArY0vGLTR7l
