Wise and clever,

They were beautiful,

With a great character,

Being with them was like being in a fairytale,

It was like butterflies and rainbows all the time,

And then, I was broken,

Somewhere along the lines,

Everything changed,

The happiness turned into pain,

And I couldn't believe you were the same,

I suffered with your abuse,

While you called it love,

I was bleeding, I was crying,

And you comforted me,

With those same words,

I realised to late,

That love was dead,

So I left without any grief,
