這個行動計劃讓我找到雨後彩虹, 所以以此命名。這也是姑娘教我的方法, 把自己不同程度的情緒設立一些行動計劃, 用雷雨警告信號代表自己的心情, 然後在自己不同的情緒計劃一些事情做, 讓自己嘗試儘快逃離情緒旋渦。初時我沒有想到太多行動計劃,只是一些生活日常, 但透過記錄詳細的行動計劃, 我發現到問題出現時真的可以拿出來看一看, 可以幫助自己解燃眉之急, 因為一緊張通常甚麼事也想不到, 但一早計劃好了, 便可以有個方向, 讓自己沒有那麼容易跌入情緒旋渦。以下是我自己在不同情緒下制定的行動計劃, 僅供參考, 因為每人的情況不儘相同, 最好自己用心幫自己制定一個獨有的計劃, 使自己能夠最快速走出情緒旋渦!
