In recent years, The City of Oakville has been a hotspot for crime and a favorite playground for criminals as high as the dons of the crime syndicates to the lowly pickpocket, but thanks to Poison Gas, the alter ego of Navy Seal Alex Smith, that is no longer the case. Ever since the gas-masked vigilante took to the streets, the crime rates have dipped drastically over the past years. However, the top brass of the city's underworld may have a solution for this in the form of a corrupt businessman and his cronies.  Oakville's gas-masked hero will have to adjust to this new threat as there is more than meets the eye regarding Agony and his posse of supervillains.
