it shakes me to my core being hit with these twisted memories

reeling through my head like old fucked up documentaries

clips from the "loony bin"

my arms strapped to a board

screaming, cursing, dying

give that abusive staff an award.

shutting me up cus you hit me in the face

no one ever saw it, they think you calmed me down

isn't this supposed to be our supportive healing place

so when I heard the scream and the bang of a body being slammed to the ground

suddenly i cant breath and i see myself back in the torn up gown

limbs held down, heads hitting walls

be afraid to stand up for yourself, never stand too tall

cus I can promise the moment you shed a tear
