Bolin Is Missing?
It's a bright new sunny day in Republic City. We can see the island of the air nomads going on about their day. In the background, Korra is continuing her training in an effort to master her air bending, but isn't doing too well. We then see Y/n sitting alone, finishing up a new batch of chakra pills and storing them into his ninja pouch. Behind him, Meelo is..... well........ being Meelo, much to everyone's annoyance, but this causes the displace ninja to feel somewhat nostalgic.

Y/n: chuckles a bit, "Naruto was a lot like that back then, the pair would definitely get along. Getting into antics, pulling pranks and over all just being a general nuisance to the village. God, that's a horrible thing to imagine. Tho, Meelo does seem to be more of a hyperactive handful than how Naruto was, as he was just doing it for attention."
???: "watcha thinking about?"
Y/n: "huh..." he turns around to see who said that, "oh, it's you Jinora. Pretty rare to see you without a book or helping Tenzin with his training of Korra."
Jinora: "I have other interests, besides too much work and reading isn't good for you, so taking a break from time to time is necessary."
Y/n: "true."
Jinora: "soooo?"
Y/n: "oh, I was just thinking about my village and the friends I left behind. Namely, one in particular who was a lot like Meelo when he was a kid."
Jinora: "oh, spirits. Really?"
Y/n: chuckles a little, "yeah, but he was more of a prankster, trying to get attention."
Jinora: "really, and what about now?"
Y/n: "heees, somewhat, calmed down. He's still a hyperactive idiot and unpredictable, but he's much more of a........ a hero now."
Jinora: tilts her head, "a hero?"
Y/n: "yeah. He saved our village from....... a really bad guy. He wanted to bring peace to the world by installing fear into everyone."
Jinora: "that sounds..... counterproductive."
Y/n: "hence why we fought back, but a lot of people got hurt and killed in the process. Thankfully, Naruto came in and managed to beat him. It made him the hero of our village, but he seems to have a new resolve now."
Jinora: "resolve?"
Y/n: "yeah. He's become more focused than I have ever seen him before. The guy was named Pain, and he knew of the cycle of hatred. Somehow, Naruto managed to find his hide-out and confronted him. No one's sure what happened in there, but it changed him. Now he wants to end that cycle."
Jinora: "admirable, but I don't think that's possible."
Y/n: "hehe, yeah, but that's who he is. doing the impossible....."
Jinora: "mmm?" when she looked at him, she saw he had an almost sober expression, but he turned away, "why does he have the expression? It wasn't one of missing a friend or something, but rather-"

Korra: "yeah, he's my friend. So why wouldn't I want to help him?"
Y/n: "yeah, and Korra is my friend. So why wouldn't I help her?"

We then see the trio looking all over the city for Bolin, but haven't come up with much at all. It's now nighttime, as the trio are now looking in a big open space of the city.
Y/n: "tch. If I didn't have to keep my true abilities secret, I could easily run on the walls and rooftops to get a better view of the city. If only I hung out with him more. Then I could use Kiba's jutsu and use it to track his scent, so I can find him."
Mako: "well, this is his usual hangout." he notices some street kids and begins to walk up to them, who are playing around, "have any of you guys seen my brother?"
???: "hmmm, perhaps but my memories a little....... 'foggy' today." starts to rub his nose, "maybe you can help, 'clear it up'?"
Y/n: rolls his eyes, "greeaaat. One of those types of little shits."
Mako: scratches the back of his head as Korra leans over from behind him, "you're good, Skoochy. A reaaal pro."
Y/n: "more like you're too easy. What he did was some of the most basic ass shit. Even as kids, we ninja have better tactics than that."

Mako begins to dig into his back pocket and takes out some yuan bills, handing them over to the kid. The kid takes it immediately and puts them into his inner jacket pocket. Korra just looked on in shock and disapproval, while Y/n isn't interested, as he knows he could easily find Bolin if he needed to.

The kid holds out his hand at Mako again, causing Y/n to just sigh at this stupid act going on before him and how easily Mako is allowing himself to get played. Mako rolls his eyes and takes out some more bills.

Mako: "then what? Why did he leave?"
Skoochy: leans in closer, "Shady Shin showed up and flashes some serious cash," this causes Mako to start to worry, "the dude took off with him in his nice hot rod. The Triple Threats? The Red Monsoons? The Agni Kais? all of the main triads are muscling up for something. Something real big but that's all you're getting out of me." begins to run away but then stops, "oh, I forgot. Dude with an attitude problem, yeah with the weird outfit! Watch your back! The Triple Threats want your head!" he then continues to run off.
Korra: "so what was he talking about? Other than the last part."
Mako: "sounds like a turf war is brewing and Bolin is about to get caught right in the middle of it all."
Korra: "alright, we need some extra help." she then places her fingers in her mouth and whistles.
Mako: "what was that for?"
Korra: "calling a friend."
Mako: "a friend?"

Suddenly, a large polar bear dog came running in and stopped just in front of her, causing Mako to scream. Realizing this, he straightens himself up and pretend like nothing happened but Y/n saw and tried not to laugh with a cheeky smile.

With that said, the trio begin to get onto Naga's back. With them on her back, Mako stops and looks behind him to ask Y/n a question.

Before she could finish her sentence, she was cut off by Naga suddenly shooting forward. She then begins to race down and through the streets, suddenly taking a sharp turn right in pursuit of a fire ferret.

She tries to pull on her reins of her mount, but it's no use. Naga then turns a corner of a large building, where the ferret is waiting for them. It then runs down the street and climbs up a streetlight as Naga approaches it.
Mako: "wait..... that's Pabu!"
Korra: she pulls harder, "no Naga don't! Pabus a friend, not a snack!"

Naga finally stops and calms down. Y/n see this as his chance to jump up and perfectly stands on the light. He reaches out his hand towards the ferret, who takes a second before sniffing his hand. It takes a lick before crawling up his arm for safety. The boy chuckles before jump back down, holding the cute little animal in his arms. Seeing as it's safe now, it jumps onto Mako's shoulders, who briefly smiles and pets it.

We then see a foggy night sky, with the full moon hidden behind the clouds. We then see the trio and animals standing outside of the Triple Threats hideout.

Mako: "there's..... something not right." he approaches the door cautiously, with Pabu still on his shoulders, "there's usually guards posted outside."

Y/n: "you know.... I'm insulted you would say that. A kid could get in, but that's if such a thing was needed."

Y/n then points at the door, only for the pair to see Korra casually walking up to the double door and kicks them open, knocking them right off their hinges. The group enter the clearly empty room and look around. As they do, they notice that the building is strangely empty, with the furniture completely broken.
Y/n: reaches for his kunai pouch with slow, shifty eyes, "I have a bad feeling about this."
Mako: "Bolin? Are you in here?"

Suddenly, a truck's engine begins to roar outside. The trio quickly run towards the sound, and run towards it. They come bursting out of the back door just in time to witness a truck and 5 motorcycles drive off.
When they got a closer look, they saw that Bolin was in there, tied up and gagged. This causes Korra and Mako to start running at them.

The pair then run after the vehicles, but they were seen by 2 masked figures on motorcycles. They pull out smoke grenades and toss them at the pair, which soon explodes as they hit the ground. Covering the area in a thick, heavy green smoke, halting the duo, but not our favorite ninja.

Mako: "I thought he was behind us?" he begins to look around but then notices him, "wait, up there!"
Korra: "huh?" she looks up and sees him jumping from awning to awning, actually keeping up with them, "well damn. How can he run so fast?"

Now they are in full pursuit of the vehicles, with Naga on the ground and Y/n on the rooftops, actually keeping up with them. Mako begins to shoot out fire blasts at them, but they dodge out of the way with relative ease. Seeing this, Korra quickly brings up her arms. She then earth bends some cracks on the ground towards the motorcyclists, but they swerve to avoid them. This chase continues on for several minutes as neither side is giving up, but then 2 of them stop in their tracks and throws a bola at Naga's feet. This resulted in it wrapping around her legs, causing her to crash face first onto the ground, sending her passengers flying.
Y/n stops and notices 2 more coming from behind Korra and Mako, with their weapons ready. Seeing this, he jumps off the roof and outstretches his arms to his sides.

The boy uses the height of his jump and the speed of his fall to greatly increase its attack potency, slamming his arms right against their necks and slamming their heads against the concrete ground. The force was so strong that even their motorcycles flipped over and sent crashing into opposite walls. The boy then stands up and looks at the pair and cringes.

The boy then rushes towards the masked men and begins to engage in hand-to-hand combat, holding back, so he doesn't accidentally kill them. Every time he throws a pouch they effortlessly move his fist out of the way, every time he goes for a trip, they jump and every time he goes for a roundhouse kick, they block it.

He then suddenly disappears, confusing the pair, until he reappears before one of them, crouched down and with his arm cocked back. With enough force, he punches one of the men hard in the gut, sending him flying into the wall. Before the other masked man could react, the boy jumps up and axe kicks him, slamming the back of his leg onto the masked man's shoulder, forcing him onto the ground and slamming his face onto the hard concrete ground.

Then he arms began to emit a blueish aura. This surprised them, but before they could do anything, he quickly pulls his arms towards his chest, forming an X with his arms. The force was strong enough to send the 2 masked man flying right at each other before slamming right into each other's faces and falling to the ground.

After a short moment, Korra and Mako managed to finally push themselves off the ground. Pabu crawls up Mako's legs and onto his shoulder, while Korra rests her arm around Naga's head. Korra then looks at her hands and raises her arms and then punches the air.

Korra: "I..... I can't bend." she then desperately tries again but doesn't work, "I can't bend!"
Mako: "calm down. It'll wear off." this help calms her down a bit, "those guys were chi-blockers." he then clenches his fists, "they're Amon's men."
Korra: "Amon? The anit-blending guy? Don't they call themselves the equalists or something?"
Mako: "yeah..... yeah, that's him."
Korra: "well at least we know who has him but now that I think about it. Y/n why didn't the chi-blocking work on you?"
Mako: "now that you mention it. I've noticed that too."
Y/n: "oh... Well..... uhh./hell if I know. Maybe our pathways are different or maybe my chakra protected me?/I'm a ninja after all. Do you really think we didn't train ourselves to counter that?"
Korra: "oh, fair point, but man. You were pretty amazing. I knew you were a ninja and all, but I didn't think they could fight like that."
Mako: "yeah, if only you were a little better at it. Maybe we would have my brother by now."
Korra: "Mako! I'm sure he tried his best. You don't have to be such an a-"
Y/n: "no, he's right. I let my guard down. I wasn't expecting them to be so well-trained or well organized, but I promise I'll find your brother. I'll go off on my own and do what I can, you 2 focus on finding his location."

With that being said, the boy then jumps onto different awnings, until he reaches the roof of one of the buildings. Once he got up there, he continued to run, from rooftop to rooftop.

Zane: he raises his forearms up in the air, "sorry dude, but I did warn you. Was I really that bad?"

As soon as his restraints came off, Zolt instantly attacked Amon with his fire bending but, to the trios surprise, he effortlessly dodges all of his attacks. Even when the man fired lightning, it was nothing to Amon. Then Amon got behind him and forced him onto his knees, grabbed his head and forced him to look up and places his thumb on his forehead. The lightning slowly turns into fire and then vanishes. Amon then lets go of him, causing him to weakly fall to the floor. Zolt does his best to get up and bend, but it was all pointless. His bending, was gone.
The trio was filled with utter shock, they just couldn't believe their eyes. Amon used an ability only the avatar is supposed to have, but here he is. Amon, a non-bender, taking bending away. With Zolt now dealt with, he starts to move down the line and doing the same to the others.
