在莊園裡住著一群人，他們的行為詭異。那裡的一切有著自己獨有的一套規則，所有東西都有條不紊的運行著。真相究竟是什麼，早已不重要。所有人的眼睛都被縫上鈕扣，一切都被黑暗所掩蓋。在這座莊園裡，每天都進行著一場場詭秘的遊戲。每場遊戲都會有五個人，與其說是人，不如說是人格。遊戲失敗的人還是會被傳送回莊園，沒有人能逃離那漩渦。而那群人親切的稱這遊戲為-第五人格。
