〈小貓牛〉

直到現在，姊姊聽見「那種」小鳥的歌聲，還是會跳上貓跳台，朝外面亂吼亂叫，猜測是不是大怪物回家。 姊姊什麼時候才會學聰明呢？每天這樣跳上跳下，癡癡等待大怪物回家，根本沒有意義，畢竟大怪物已經死掉了嘛。

無論妹妹怎麼想，反正我不相信老媽死了！ 妹妹超可愛，卻無比幼稚，話都隨便亂講，我的老媽才不是什麼大怪物。她的「媽咪」比較像怪物吧！那個女人超可怕。

《MOM & Monster》以第一人稱揣摩貓貓的視角，想像跳上貓跳台、趴在紗窗看小鳥、追逐逗貓棒、聽見罐頭打開的反應等等。

全文透過「豬虎」與「小貓牛」的視角交替，讓性格迥異的兩個貓隔空辯論，慢慢拼湊出「老媽」或「大怪物」的生死，以及屬於她們的幸福生活。
