        嬴在起是秦朝皇室的遠親，自小向父親學習武功，盡得真傳，加上間中與蒙毅及其他同儕切磋，武功日進，水性不錯。踏入成年，他開始為皇帝效力，並在皇帝東巡時立功。

        眾所周知，秦朝速亡，究竟嬴在起和伴侶蒙霜會有什麼遭遇？會不會一直都在咸陽？會不會到其他地方闖闖？他們又會怎樣面對風浪，以及各種突如其來的考驗與難題？
