海珊瑚市，是未來的一個高科技城市。由於上世紀的污染程度太嚴重，各個發達的國家選取多處有重要意義的地方，合併為一個城市。這個城市以天幕分隔開來，避免外面的污染物進來。各國的科學家在城市中不斷發展綠色生活，務求做到可持續發展和人人平等。
這是一個關於人與非人、兵器與怪物的故事。
