Free Will
We've been thinking about how our beliefs craft our reality, and vice versa. It's a two-way street that's paved by our own free will. Looking back, we've noticed how our brains have this funny way of throwing up a roadblock when we're faced with something we just can't swallow.
Remember those times when something shook up our core beliefs and our minds immediately went on the defensive? We'd shrug it off or rationalize it away, just to keep our mental peace and quiet. But in doing so, we've realized that we've been holding ourselves back from embracing new ideas and growing in unexpected ways.
But hey, we're not stuck in this loop. We've started to consciously open our minds to possibilities that might initially make us squirm. It's all about nurturing a spirit of curiosity and never-ending learning.
Think about it. The big scientific breakthroughs that we take for granted today once faced a wall of skepticism. Accepting that the Earth orbits the Sun, embracing the theory of evolution, wrapping our heads around quantum mechanics - all of these required us to challenge our deeply entrenched beliefs.
And it's not just about the big intellectual stuff. This shift in mindset has started to seep into our everyday lives, influencing how we interact with others, resolve disagreements, and empathize with those around us. By understanding that our beliefs paint our reality, we're making a conscious effort to cultivate beliefs that promote inclusivity, understanding, and positive change.
In short, we're in an ongoing dance with our beliefs and reality. We're learning to lead, consciously shaping a reality that reflects our highest ideals. It's been a challenging but immensely rewarding journey - one that's packed with endless opportunities for personal growth and collective evolution.
Misunderstood
One of the biggest lessons I learned back in the mid-90s was that if you want to change your reality, then you first need to change your Belief System.
To understand why we may want to do this, we first must look at what it exactly is.
As aspects of the Source (e.g., we are all from the same place) it is said we have Free Will.
This is often misunderstood because of what Free Will is, has been twisted to mean something that does not resemble it at all.
In a nutshell, Free Will is the ability to create any experience you choose. It can be on any dimensional level and in any way.
From what I can see, the only restrictions that apply, are the Laws of Physics, that exist on the Third Dimension. You must work within their context.
The 3D is more restrictive in that way, when compared to the 5D where we use Lightbodies instead of the human flesh shell we all know and love.
For instance, if you state that you want to use your body to jump to the moon, then this experience is very unlikely to occur. It would be very hard to overcome gravity or even survive such a journey.
Most will accept this as fact, though some might use it as an argument to say that if Free Will exists, then why can’t we do this?
But who knows? It’s possible that at some point in time, something might come along to make this possible. Unlikely, but then, many of the advances we have seen are just as improbable.
If there is indeed a way to make this happen, then Free Will will unlock the means and the way. It just will take time to manifest.
However, Free Will encompasses much more than physical feats. It extends to how we perceive, think, and interact with the world around us. It's about the choices we make in our minds and hearts, and how these choices shape our reality.
Imagine waking up each day with the realization that every thought, every decision, every action is a testament to your Free Will. You can choose to see challenges as opportunities, obstacles as stepping stones, and failures as lessons. This shift in perspective can fundamentally alter your life's trajectory.
Changing your Belief System is akin to reprogramming the software of your mind. It requires conscious effort, self-reflection, and often, the courage to let go of deeply ingrained patterns and narratives that no longer serve you. It's about embracing new paradigms that align with your true desires and aspirations.
One practical way to start this transformation is through mindfulness and meditation. These practices help you become more aware of your thoughts and feelings, allowing you to identify and challenge limiting beliefs. Additionally, surrounding yourself with positive influences—whether they be people, books, or environments—can reinforce and support your new belief system.
Remember, the journey of changing your Belief System is a continuous one. It evolves as you grow and as your understanding deepens. Along the way, be patient and kind to yourself, celebrating each small victory and learning from each setback.
Ultimately, by harnessing the power of Free Will and consciously choosing your beliefs, you gain the ability to craft a reality that resonates with your highest potential and deepest joy. This is the essence of living a life of true freedom and boundless possibilities.
Give Their Power Away
I raise this as an example because it may be used as an argument to say that Free Will cannot exist.
And thus, some will smugly disprove its existence, and give their power away by doing so.
I should point out, though, that in your Lightbody form, you can jump to the moon. It’s just that the physics of the 3D are not designed for our human body to do so.
It is said that the Universe never says, “No,” to your idea about yourself.
This means that what we believe to be true will eventually manifest, given enough time, intention and energy.
On the most base levels, we are creating in every moment of every day. We are not only creating our reality, but also co-creating it with others.
This means we can have at least two versions of reality. Our personal one, and the one that is experienced as a group, whether large or small.
Our Free Will allows us to create, and our Belief System tends to direct our Free Will.
Understanding this interplay between Free Will and Belief Systems is crucial. If we firmly believe in our ability to achieve something, our actions and decisions will naturally align with that belief, propelling us towards our goals. Conversely, if we doubt ourselves, we may inadvertently create obstacles that hinder our progress.
In practical terms, this means that cultivating a positive and empowered mindset can have tangible effects on our lives. By consciously choosing to focus on possibilities rather than limitations, we open ourselves up to a wider range of opportunities and experiences. This doesn't negate the challenges that inevitably arise, but it does equip us with a resilient attitude to navigate them.
Moreover, recognizing that we are co-creating reality with others highlights the importance of community and collaboration. When we align our intentions with those of like-minded individuals, we amplify our creative power. Shared visions and collective efforts can lead to profound transformations, both on personal and societal levels.
Ultimately, embracing Free Will and understanding its relationship with our Belief Systems can lead to a more empowered and intentional way of living. By doing so, we become active participants in shaping our destiny, rather than passive bystanders, and we contribute to the collective tapestry of human experience in meaningful ways.
Why Is This Important?
You might ask, why is this important? Who cares? It sounds like a lot of old mumbo jumbo.
Those are good questions and need to be asked.
It’s important because the lack of understanding of how it all works will trap you in a reality of your own making. This applies, not only to the 3D levels, but also at the end of your life.
Free Will works at all levels, though there are exceptions for who it will work for. This is by design.
For instance, Angelics who serve the Source or Demonics who are there to represent Chaos, cannot have it. They gave up their Free Will to provide a service for this reality. They will be compelled to obey their prime directives, so to speak.
But even making that choice required their own Free Will. A choice they could reverse if they chose to do so.
But then, they would not be qualified to serve those positions they have agreed to.
For those of us who have Free Will, we can get to experience anything, as long as the conditions allow it, and there is always some level of reality where conditions will be perfect.
Any Experience
Having Free Will is a double-edged sword. It cuts both ways. Yes, you can create any experience you like. However, if you are not aware of this power and do not know what you are doing; then you may create terrible, soul crushing events.
You will find yourself in situations without understanding why they have happened.
On the 3D, there is a lag between calling forth an experience and when it will occur. It can take days, weeks or even years, but, at some point, we always get what we ask for, even if we are asking for things we really may not want.
The speed of manifestation in this World depends on your level of mastery. The more adept you are, the quicker the results will be.
The Point
And this is the point I am making. If you limit yourself to what you believe can be, then you will not only experience it on the 3D level, but also in your Afterlife.
If you do not believe in an Afterlife, God, gods, Demonics, Angelics, Astral Worlds and so on, then you will not experience them.
However, that does not mean you will not be a part of them or that those types of beings cannot see you, or mess with you. You can become trapped by their machinations.
Hell exists on the lower Astral planes. It’s not a place where you will burn for eternity for your sins, but you certainly can experience it, nonetheless.
There are various types of Hell, but that’s not my area of expertise.
The Hell I am referring to here is where you will become trapped in a reality of your own making. This reality is based on your desires, beliefs and your general awareness of what is outside of yourself.
It is a construct born from the deepest recesses of your psyche, shaped by the fears and limitations you impose upon yourself. In this Hell, you might encounter endless cycles of unfulfilled desires, phantom pains of regrets, or the haunting echoes of missed opportunities.
But take heart, for even within such a bleak scenario, there lies a glimmer of hope. Understanding and awareness are the keys to liberation. By expanding your consciousness and challenging your self-imposed boundaries, you can transform this self-made Hell into a realm of growth and enlightenment.
Embrace the unknown, seek knowledge beyond the confines of your current understanding, and allow your spirit to soar. Engage with the mysteries of existence, be curious about the unseen, and cultivate a sense of wonder. Through such endeavors, you can transcend the limitations of both this physical world and any potential Afterlife, paving the way for a richer, more fulfilling experience on all levels of existence.
Ultimately, the power to shape your reality lies within you. By nurturing a mindset of openness and exploration, you can navigate through the various planes of existence with grace and wisdom, turning potential Hells into havens of self-discovery and enlightenment.
Protect Yourself
If you do not believe in an Afterlife, God, gods, Demonics, Angelics, Astral worlds and so on, then you will not experience them. However, that does not mean you will not be a part of them or that those types of beings cannot see you, or mess with you. You can become trapped by their machinations.
This is why our Belief Systems are so important. It will give you back your power and the ability to protect yourself against such things.
Three Rules
Last entry, we looked at why you should consider looking at your Belief System and changing it. This entry we will look at three rules you should implement to help protect yourself from unintended consequences.
Changing your Belief System is an art. It’s tricky, because you might manifest something you did not intend.
What you want and what you need are two different things. From personal experience, I’ve found that what I thought I needed in my early years would have ended up being, not only detrimental to me, but would have completely pulled me off my current path.
Things are not always what they seem.
Redefine
For instance, you might believe you need to be in a relationship, have a partner, family, and so on.
For some, this may well be true, but for others, they find that it doesn’t fill the void of loneliness that they may feel. Depression, isolation, anxiety, and many other emotions will still be there after the honeymoon period has passed.
What’s worse, they will find themselves stuck in a loveless marriage that is hard to get out from without major trauma and consequences. They may wish they had never gone down that road to begin with.
There are certain rules that are good to put into place before you change or redefine your Belief Systems. These rules are also good for manifesting in general.
There are three primary instructions that I strongly suggest everyone put into their personal Belief System.
Rule 1
Long term benefits over short term gains.
What it will do for you.
If what you are asking for will hurt you in the long run, it won’t happen. Things will seemingly fail to work or fall apart for no apparent reason. This is because, while it may seem like a blessing now, in the long term, it will block your path or cause you problems you never expected.
Example
For myself, when I was 16, I desperately wanted to have a girlfriend in my life. Should that have happened, I would not have had the pull to keep working on my spiritual evolution and the major events that put me firmly on this current path could not have happened.
Every attempt I made failed. It was like there was a curse on me. (Technically, there was, but wasn’t strong enough to prevent relationships from forming.)
Any success would have negated what I was trying to do. I just did not understand why at the time.
When I started manifesting, I was concerned that I might create something that would cause trouble for me down the line. Even if it was great at that moment.
By setting the intention that anything that caused me long term issues would be blocked, it effectively prevented those things that could have messed up my life.
When I set this rule for myself, I made it so it could not be revoked or violated. It would be in place, no matter what.
Rule 2
If something is negative, it won’t happen.
What this will do for you.
It’s very hard to know what is positive or negative in our life. The most traumatic events might well be the catalyst to put you on the path you need. I can certainly think of a few of them in my own life.
Example
For instance, when I was 13, I was crossing the road and got hit by a car. I was flung 15 meters back to the side of the road. This broke my leg in two places and damaged my hearing and coordination.
You may think, wow, I don’t see much good coming out of that, but you’d be wrong.
From it, I first learned about my ability to heal myself and once I had recovered, my life went on a different direction as it inspired me to look after my health better.
From there, everything else followed.
Now, I’m not saying that you need to go out and get hit by a car, but it does highlight that good and bad things are not always obvious.
Even winning the lottery might not be such a blessing. There is a saying that, if you want to ruin someone’s life, have them win the lottery.
Just trust that the Universe knows what you really need and has your back. You might not want to hear the answers or like what you find, but long term you’ll be thankful you trusted in it.
Rule 3
The information and knowledge that you need and is right for you, will find you.
What this will do for you.
This is vital because there is a lot of misinformation out there. Some is based on fear, some is based on fluff and some is just information borne out of pure ignorance.
Using this as a base rule will ensure that you will find out, discover or come across the information that you need to know.
This will not only occur at the right time for you, but also through synchronicities that will look so contrived that they would be thrown out if they appeared in a movie script.
It will mean knowing the right thing at the right time. It might be the most inconsequential piece of information that sticks in your mind until suddenly, years later, it comes in handy.
I’ve lost count of the amount of times this has happened for me.
It will also mean that the knowledge you should have about how the Astral levels work, what is out there, and what you need to do to safeguard yourself will also come.
Beware of Half-Truths
Often, the information you discover, will find it will contradict what you think you already know. In fact, chances are, it will be in direct opposition to what society believes and what you have been told is true.
Trust in your experiences, run it through your feelings to see what resonates, and seek out more sources of knowledge on the subjects you feel a draw to.
Also, beware of half-truths.
Half-truths take a fact, and then add misinformation to it. You will possibly sense the truth behind it and may assume it’s all true. It may even be life-changing for you.
The part that is true will open you up to new paths, but the misinformation may lead you into dangerous situations.
Don’t dismiss it all, though. Take what is working for you and set the intention to discover the rest.
Finally, even though you have found answers that work for you, remember there is always more information on the subject. Never feel that you know it all. There is always something to discover. It might be just one piece of information that can change your perspectives on everything.
The more you know, the more protected and aware you can be.
Dark Night of The Soul
This series of blogs is aimed at creating a new Belief System. This entry looks at the Dark Night of the Soul, and how it ties into things. We also look at how to write down your current system of beliefs.
Do you need to do this?
So far, we have discussed what a Belief System is, why it’s important and some ground rules to ensure a new one does not create unintended consequences.
But how do you go about creating a new one?
The first thing you should decide is, do you need to do this? If you are happy with your life, warts and all, then the answer is most likely, “No.”
Though life might be traumatic, hard and painful at times, there are many who are happy with their status quo. If you are one of these people, then you may not wish to change a thing.
However, if you were once like I was, and you are frustrated with your life and nothing seems to work, no matter what you try, then this entry is for you.
Painful State of Mind
A sure sign, that one needs to revise their personal Belief System, is you are going through a Dark Night of the Soul.
This is a painful state of mind where you feel you have tried everything you can think of, but nothing is working. Every plan has failed and there is only a painful, eternal now. You feel like you are at the end of your road and nothing is going to change.
This is one of the most painful types of depression.
What causes this terrible state of mind is holding on to a Belief System that no longer works for us. Maybe it never worked, or perhaps at some point it did, but that time is long past, and try what you might, things just don’t seem to fix themselves.
This could be a marriage, job, career choice or anything you believe you must have in your life.
It’s not uncommon for such things to be based on other people’s expectations of you. All too often, we let others define not only who we are, but how we should be living our lives.
It might even be that dream that you believe will make you happy; only to find that, even once you’ve achieved it, you still feel empty inside.
A Dark Night of The Soul can be brought about by attachment and desire to something that you do not and may not have. Such desire can create incredible anxiety, as one may feel there is a clock ticking, and every day, month and year that passes, takes them further from the likelihood of success.
Three Basic Things
The steps I took were simple, but effective.
There are three basic things you can do. We will explore the first now and the other steps next entry.
Step 1
Write down your current Belief System, warts and all.
Be honest with yourself. I found it helps if you are so angry that you write it as a vent to God (or Source or The Universe. It doesn’t matter who the target is, as long as you’re doing this.)
Write down all the positives and negatives.
For me, it went along the lines of:
The Bad
- I believe I will never really succeed, no matter how hard I try.
- I am destined to be alone and will always fail with women.
- People will always try to take advantage of me and let me down.
- They will always betray you at some point.
- Life will always be full of drama and strife.
- Life will always be a bitch and you can’t fight it.
- I believe I can’t change my reality.
The Good
I believe that:
- I will always have enough money to do what is needed.
- Ultimately, I will succeed.
- I can make a difference to this world.
- Everything has its purpose and timing.
Now, it was that last belief that ultimately held me back. This was a deep belief that had been instilled into me from my teenage years.
When things did not work out, I would always default to that being the reason as to why. And while it was the cause, it also wasn’t.
Main Causes
The real reason was that I refused to listen to my intuition when it warned me that things were not going to work out. I was also generally negative about life, though I refused to admit that. Part of me wanted to be this sole being, fighting against an uncaring, unfeeling world, that did not and could not understand what I was going through.
Part of me relished in the victimhood and the martyrdom. I wanted to be that person who had tried it all, but had ultimately proven all the Masters wrong by showing that nothing worked.
That was the deep-seated reality for me. The core belief. And while I had not wanted to fail, ego also insisted that I was doing nothing wrong. That it was all out of my control.
I had tried everything. Lord I had tried.
And yet I hadn’t. I just liked to say I did. Though, to be fair, I did try many things, but none of them addressed the main causes of my failure.
No Point
The thing was, while I was in this state of mind, I could not see past it.
This is an important thing to understand because, for so many, they will see no point in working to change their Belief System. They will not see what difference it will make.
Believe me, though, it will make a difference.
Do’s and Don’ts
This series is focused on creating a new Belief System. There are certain things to be aware of. This entry we focus on the Do’s and Don’ts to keep in mind.
Now that you hopefully have a good idea on what your current Belief System is; you are well on your way to creating a new one.
But before we do, there are some important things that we should avoid doing and some things to be aware of.
The saying, “Be careful what you ask for because you just may get it” is very apt here. If you have put the three rules into place, then you will avoid creating unintended negative consequences. However, that still does not automatically mean you will get what you desire.
The wording you use for manifesting needs to be very precise because you get exactly what you ask for.
The Four Keywords
There are Four keywords that should be used whenever possible. A couple are well known as they have been written about many times and a couple I have rarely seen.
Your Belief System will be a series of affirmations about what you believe to be true. It is what you are stating to the Universe / God / Source or whatever you believe in, as your reality.
Even if you don’t believe in such things, this will still work, unless you insist that it doesn’t. Then that will be your reality.
For simplicity’s sake, I will refer to this as The Universe as it is safely generic.
It’s recommended that we begin each statement with one of the following:
- I Believe
- I Have
- I Am
- I Invoke
Let’s look at them individually.
I Believe
What you are stating here is that this is your belief about a certain subject. It’s a simple invocation that this is now your reality about such things. (This might not be your current reality, but we will get into belief versus observation next entry.)
This is your declaration for what you truly believe.
I Have
This is useful for manifesting something that you desire in your life. It can be love, money, possessions, knowledge or anything else.
I Am
I Am is one of the most well-known statements for manifesting. It is possibly the most powerful ways of doing so. The words, I Am, is a declaration to The Universe about who you really are. It’s a statement that defines you and where you stand in regard to other’s beliefs about topics and situations.
I Invoke
Invoking something is a declaration that you are bringing it forth into your life. When you invoke, you are acknowledging that it is already in existence, and you are now choosing to activate it.
What to avoid
There are certain words that will make creating the reality you desire harder than it should be.
Three good examples are:
- I want
- I need
- I wish
I Want
“I want” is an interesting one. It very much depends on your personal definition of “I want” itself. Generally, it means that it is something you want in your life. Using it, though, creates the desire of wanting and can quite literally push things away from you.
However, I have known some who proclaim, “I want this,” and next thing you know, they have it. This is because, in their mind, they already have it. All they are doing is going through the motions to make it a reality.
The intention and belief behind the word is key here.
I Need
Like the statement, I want, I need will produce a similar result. If you state, for example, I need money, then you will indeed end up needing it.
It’s very similar to saying, “I can’t afford it.” Eventually you will find that you really can’t afford something. Even if you originally could.
It is better to replace that with, “I have the resources I need to buy this.” In my experience, the resources always come.
I Wish
By its very nature, wishing for something implies that you need a third-party source, such as another person, company, or even a Djinn or Genie, to make your dreams a reality.
While it’s true that you may have a belief that you may come across such beings (and from my experience, Djinn’s do exist, but they are not as portrayed in the fairy tales and are not to be messed with), it is also giving your manifesting power away instead of harnessing it to yourself.
If you don’t believe that wishes can be granted, then you will eventually end up with the experience of making wishes, but not receiving them. In any case, I suggest you avoid using “I wish”.
Thank You
Finally, there are two magic words that will help seal the deal and make your new Belief System a reality.
“Thank You.”
Now, you might be asking who you might need to thank, and why, and that’s a good question.
Saying, “Thank You,” will create the expression of gratitude to The Universe for manifesting what you are asking for. You are creating an acknowledgement that they are already in your life, and you are creating the circumstances to bring it forth into your reality.
Back in the 80s and 90s, whenever I would manifest something, I would always finish it with those two words. At the time, I questioned why the heck I was doing that, as I felt I had no one to thank. But it felt right, so I continued doing it, even if it made no sense to me at the time.
It was years later when I found out how powerful Thank You is.
Belief Systems: Tips and Warnings
This series looks at creating a new Belief System. In this entry, we are looking at useful tips and warnings so you will know what to avoid.
When creating a new Belief System, there are some things that you should be aware of. Things that may happen when the manifesting begins.
Those who tell you about the Laws of Attraction, tend to make it sound so easy. Books, such as The Secret by Rhonda Byrne, is guilty of doing this.
You are generally told that your thoughts create your reality and all you have to do to manifest something is to just believe and have faith.
It’s a little more complex than that, or at least it is in my personal experience. There are things that they don’t tell you.
Manifesting Can Take Time
Yes, it’s true. There is often a lag between asking for something and it coming into your life. Depending on your mastery, it can take hours, days, weeks or years.
There are many reasons for this. Let’s look at a few.
Timing is everything. Things may need to be set up on many levels. If you are, for example, asking for your Soul partner to appear in your life, you may find you are not quite as ready as you believe for them.
You might have some personal healing to do. Perhaps they do, too.
If you both met before that was done, the relationship could become toxic and fall apart. A Soul Mate does not automatically mean happiness, especially if there is a lot of baggage to deal with.
This leads us to the next thing that may occur.
Things Will Appear to Fall Apart
When you ask for change, your current situation might have to transform into a new one to accommodate what is coming.
This will look as though things are falling apart. Instead of the joy and promised solutions to your problems, they seem to get worse.
What is really happening here is that the old is being removed to make way for the new. You can’t have a new house without first demolishing the old.
As anyone who has lived through buildings or renovations will tell you, this can be quite traumatic. So be aware this may happen, and ask for the changes to be gentle, so you can cope.
Yes, you will get what you want, but things may have to drastically change to allow it.
This might include:
- Healing from traumatic past events in your life.
- Old relationships and friendships falling apart.
- A change in your living situation.
- Losing your job so you might follow another path.
The point is, that change is often difficult and painful. As a rule, we don’t like it. There is a tendency to resist change.
However, you can’t have a new reality without change.
The key here is to embrace what is happening to you, no matter how dark it may seem right now. Understand that this is needed in order to move forward. That those things you are losing are no longer needed.
On that note, please be sure to safeguard those things you love. It’s all too easy to invoke something that you did not intend.
Always state that what you are asking for is for the highest good for all concerned.
Observation vs. Belief
Here is one of the traps that many fall into, and indeed may make them feel angry when people talk about the Laws of Attraction, Manifesting, or your Belief System.
You might make the statement: I believe I have plenty of money.
Your mind will tell you: No. No, you don’t.
Logic will confirm this, and you will feel frustration, bitterness and anger at those who seem to think it should be so easy and expect you to be in denial of your current situations.
What we need to do here is accept where we are right now.
Yes, you may not have money. That is your observation and it is most likely accurate.
It’s not until you acknowledge where you are currently at, that you can begin to change things.
What you are doing is making a statement that this is your new reality. Yes, I don’t have money right now, and that’s okay. It is coming and I will have it as needed.
Fear
Come from a place of love instead of fear.
This is very important. I can’t stress this one enough. The energy that you use to manifest your new reality is vital and fear may very well taint it.
Let’s take money again, as an example.
Supposing you want to buy something. Maybe the latest smartphone. You have the money, but you think to yourself, I can buy it, but I can’t afford it really. But desire for this latest gadget is strong so you buy it anyway.
You have two options here. You can hand over the money with a sense of fear that you shouldn’t be doing this, or you can tell yourself: There’s more of that where it came from.
Now, I’m not advocating that you go out and spend recklessly. I’m saying that if you desire something, manifest it, and the money will come.
Trust
This goes for anything.
There have been plenty of times I’ve given money away, ordered products on someone’s behalf (when they could not afford it) or bought something that required a reasonable cash outlay.
Each time, I trusted in The Universe to look after me and have my back. It has always come through for me in the unlikeliest of ways.
This has included several windfalls that have given me the resources I needed to move forward in my life.
This has been a constant since 1982.
Intution
There is one caveat to this, though. Always check with your intuition (or what one may consider their feelings), if you are in doubt. If you are not meant to do something, you will feel uneasy or anxious about doing it.
This may be due to reasons that you are not aware of. You may not know why you shouldn’t do something, but your intuition does.
Don’t ignore your intuition, even if you don’t like what it’s telling you. It is the key to you moving forward in a safe and productive way.
Your intuition is the G.P.S. of your soul. It has your route mapped out and knows where you should go, and what you should avoid.
This applies for all your choices about your new Belief System. Run it through your intuition first. It will tell you if you should proceed or not. It’s the surest way to get to where you are going, and not stray from your chosen path.
Come from a place of intuition, love and trust when making your affirmations. Fill those intentions with positive energies and the rest will follow.
So, come from a place of love and trust when making your affirmations. Fill those intentions with positive energies and the rest will follow.
Implementing
So far, we have looked at how to write down your current Belief System, tips and traps and what we should be aware of. In this final entry, we will create a new one and implementing it. First part can be found here.
Template
So, to finish off this series, I am going to give an example of a Belief System that will help produce a joyful life.

- I believe that everybody, no matter who it is, will do what is right by me. Even if their intent is negative, it will always work out in my favor.
- I have good and positive people in my life. I am attracting those who will not only bring joy to me, but also help me on my spiritual path.
- I am making a worthwhile difference to this world and my life. Everything I do ends up benefiting me and others.
- I invoke abundance and resources. I no longer want and all I desire is now manifesting.
- I am no longer unlucky in love, friendships or relationships. The right partner will come into my life, at the right time. Love, joy and happiness will be the results for both now, and always.
- I am a being of light, love and harmony.
- I am no longer unhappy. All that happens to me now is positive and uplifting. If something bad happens, I have the answers and the solutions and the way of implementing them. They will come to me and I am able to solve any problem. There are no more problems, only solutions.
- I am now able to develop spiritually and metaphysically. There are no more blockages.
The Manifesting.
Now we have created a new Belief System, it’s time to manifest it.
This is simpler than you might think, but it does take a little bit of dedication.
Make sure you write down your new Belief System or print it out.
Take it with you everywhere you go.
Anytime you think about it, feel negative or doubt that your new reality can be created, take out that paper and read through it like you really believe it.
It doesn’t matter if you don’t. Just act as though it’s already a reality and don’t overthink it. In fact, don’t give it a second thought once you’re done.
I did this for around a week, and then forgot about it.
A few months later, I realized that my entire reality had, not only changed, but I could not remember when. It just felt organic.
While I certainly got early results, the entire process took around a year or so. But I never looked back.
Two minds
Back in the early to mid-90s, a friend of mine, called Glenn, was talking about a mind powers course he had taken. He said: Two minds working together can bend metal.
I suggested that we put this to the test, and manifest for each other.
We wrote down what we wanted, and at 6 pm, every night, we spent five minutes working on first his list and then mine.
Did It Work?
Yes, with a vengeance, though what I asked for took quite a while to manifest. But I got exactly what I asked for. Sadly, I was too generic and vague in some of the statements, but regardless, it was exact.
If you can get two or more friends to work with you, it will certainly help. Just ensure that you’re all on the same page and agree on the definition and meaning of what you are intending to manifest.
Bach Flower Remedies
When it comes to Bach Flower Remedies, there are a few that will certainly help here.
Sweet chestnut – This is for releasing old Belief Systems and embracing new ones. Especially useful for the Dark Night of the Soul.
Walnut – Helps you to adjust to change, especially the external ones.
Gentian – For reassurance that things will work out.
Finally
And that’s it. We’re finally done.
May this be useful to you. Remember to use it well. Use it wisely and remember, if you don’t like what you have created, you can always change it.
